Conditions of Booking

 

 Booking Acceptance

 

All bookings will be accepted subject to availability of accommodation and receipt of the deposit for each week of hire period. All hire periods (except Christmas and New Year) start and finish on Saturday (except by prior arrangement).

 

Payment

 

Payment can be made by cheque payable to L.P. Lyne, or by bank transfer (details on request).
A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is due on booking. The balance of the payment is due 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance, the total amount is due on booking. All payments will be confirmed in writing.

 

Cancellation

 

In the event of cancellation by you, we will try to re-let and, if successful, we will refund all monies received.

 

Unforeseen Circumstances

 

If the management is prevented by circumstances beyond their control from making the holiday accommodation available and cannot provide a suitable alternative, all payments made will be refunded.

 

Arrival and Departure times

 

To ensure that the lodge is ready for you, normal arrival is between 3:00 - 8:00 pm. If you would like to arrive outside these times, please contact us in advance. We would appreciate you vacating the lodge on the day of departure no later than 10.00 am, to enable us to prepare it for our next guests.

 

Smoking

 

Please do not smoke in or near the lodge.

Pets

 

We regret that no pets are allowed.

 

Party Details

 

The lodge will not be used to accommodate more than four persons during the hire period unless previously agreed.

The management reserve the right to request any party to leave should their conduct be prejudicial to the wellbeing of others.

THE OWNERS CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURIES TO GUESTS WHILST THEY ARE STAYING AT THE LODGE.

 

Accidental Damage and Breakages

 

Please could breakages or damages be reported, replaced or paid for as soon as possible.

Guests' responsibility

 

You are responsible for the lodge and we trust you will take all reasonable care of it. Please ensure the lodge and its equipment are clean and tidy when you leave.
